Honey and Soy Marinated Air Fried Salmon Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
  • ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish
  • White rice, for serving
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped, plus more for garnish
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • Oil spray
  • Chinese broccoli or Bok Choy, for serving

  1. Whisk together the grapeseed oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade for later use.
  3. Add the salmon and marinade to a resealable freezer bag and seal. Shake to coat the salmon with the marinade.
  4. Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
  6. Spray the inner air fryer basket with oil spray.
  7. Remove salmon from the marinade and place in the preheated air fryer baskets.
  8. Select the Seafood function, then press Start/Pause.
  9. Remove the salmon when done and transfer onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  10. Allow the salmon to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with white sesame seeds and green onions.
  11. Serve with white rice and Chinese broccoli or Bok Choy.
