Chili Cumin Chicken Wings with Mango Raita Recipe

Chili Cumin Wings:

  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Mango Raita:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh mango, small diced
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 lime, zested & juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


  1. Select the Preheat function the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 380°F, and press Start/Pause.
  2. Whisk together the grapeseed oil, chili powder, coriander, cumin, paprika, ginger, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, then toss them in the bowl with the seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer inside the air fryer baskets, skin side down.
  5. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 20 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause.
  6. Flip the wings halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
  7. Whisk together the raita ingredients, and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Remove the wings from the air fryer when done and serve immediately with the mango raita on the side.
